About Resolute

Who We Are

Resolute Addiction and Behavioral Health

Established in 2019, Resolute Addiction and Behavioral Health has grown from 1 provider offering services once a month, to 3 providers and an LVN offering appointments both in person and via tele-visits, weekly. While most mental health facilities have extensive wait times sometimes lasting several weeks, Resolute allows those seeking care for their mental health or substance abuse issues to be seen within a few days.
